wv777 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 By creating a wv777 Account, accessing the wv777 Platform, placing any bet, participating in any game, or using any wv777 service, you irrevocably confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• Understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit;
• Have not been previously excluded from wv777 or any related gaming service.

2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the wv777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. The wv777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Access to or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited. wv777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the holder is reasonably suspected to be under 21, pending verification.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one wv777 Account. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether using the same device, IP address, mobile number, email, payment method, or residential address — wv777 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts and, at its sole discretion, void any bets placed and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. wv777 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time. Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. wv777 primarily serves players located in Pakistan. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. wv777 does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted.

4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wv777 login credentials (mobile number / email and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and will be your financial and legal responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wv777 customer support immediately. wv777 accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the Platform being notified of any unauthorised access, provided that such losses did not arise from wv777's own negligence.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. wv777 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA via their Account settings. Activation of 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

4.4 Platform Communications. wv777 will never request your Account password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from wv777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to wv777 support immediately.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wv777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at wv777's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits are denominated and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by wv777 on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of your wv777 Account at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your wv777 Account. wv777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Wallet interface.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that are legitimately yours and originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. wv777 prohibits the use of third-party payment instruments or the depositing of funds obtained through illegal means.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wv777 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. wv777 reserves the right to suspend Account activity, delay or block withdrawals, and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in fulfilment of its AML obligations.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by wv777 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which will be specified in the relevant promotional terms at the time the offer is made. wv777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded to a Player's wv777 Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms for each offer.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without prior notice.

6.4 Game Contributions. Not all games on the wv777 Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage of specific game categories is set out in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at reduced rates.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering patterns, use of multiple Accounts, coordination with other Players, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse. wv777 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

7.1 Binding Outcomes. All wv777 game outcomes — whether generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems in the case of slots and table games, by live dealer studio results in the case of Live Casino titles, or by official match results in the case of sports betting markets — are final and binding upon settlement, subject only to the dispute resolution provisions of these Terms.

7.2 Sports Betting. wv777 sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets, ICC for international cricket markets, UFC for mixed martial arts markets). In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, the applicable sports betting rules for that specific market will govern settlement.

7.3 Cricket Betting. Given the significance of cricket — particularly PSL and Pakistan international fixtures — to our player community, wv777 publishes dedicated cricket betting rules that supplement these General Terms. Players are advised to review the cricket-specific rules prior to placing cricket bets.

7.4 Bet Acceptance. wv777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform. This includes, without limitation, bets placed on events where wv777 has reason to suspect match manipulation, where obvious pricing errors have occurred, or where applicable legal or regulatory restrictions apply.

7.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Applicable minimum and maximum stake amounts for all games and betting markets are displayed within the game interface or bet slip at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted by wv777 at any time without prior notice.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wv777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one wv777 Account per individual;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with or bet on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or sports manipulation;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal means;
• Using a third party's payment instruments without their explicit authorisation;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, including VPN use to mask geographic location where such use violates applicable terms;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at wv777 staff or other Players via any platform channel.

9.1 Player Welfare Commitment. wv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all Player interactions. Gaming on the wv777 Platform should at all times be a form of entertainment. wv777 actively discourages gambling that places Players' financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships at risk.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wv777 account holders at no charge, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR that may be deposited into your wv777 Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will alert you and initiate automatic logout;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your wv777 Account for between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, your account is inaccessible for betting or deposit. Your balance is preserved;

10.1 All content on the wv777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, text, graphics, images, logos, brand identifiers, game mechanics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of wv777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wv777 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any wv777 content.

10.3 The wv777 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the property of wv777. Players may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of wv777.

11.1 Platform Availability. wv777 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond wv777's reasonable control. wv777 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability where such unavailability is outside wv777's control.

11.2 Financial Risk. All betting and gaming activity on the wv777 Platform carries inherent financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose deposited funds as a result of betting activity, and wv777 accepts no liability for such losses where they arise from fair game outcomes or legitimate sporting results.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wv777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. wv777 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks.

12.1 wv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• The Player's activity poses a risk to Platform integrity or other Players;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require such action;
• The Player has self-excluded or requested account closure.

12.2 Balance on Closure. Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any remaining verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, after deduction of any applicable processing fees and completion of required identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering status.

13.1 wv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Revised" date at the top of the document. Where amendments are material, wv777 will endeavour to notify active Players via email or in-platform notification.

13.2 Continued use of the wv777 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of such revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to any revised Terms, they should cease using the Platform and close their Account in accordance with Section 12.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them or relating to the wv777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of wv777's operating licence.

14.2 Dispute Process. Any dispute, claim, or complaint relating to your use of the wv777 Platform must first be submitted to wv777 customer support for internal resolution. wv777 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within 30 days. Disputes relating to individual bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the relevant bet settlement date.

14.3 Records. wv777's system records and transaction logs shall constitute the primary record of all Platform activity and shall be treated as authoritative in any dispute, save where demonstrable technical error is established.
